1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PanelFor.dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PanelFor.dev provides:

  • A reusable admin panel boilerplate for developers
  • Complete codebase with Next.js 14, MongoDB, and AWS S3 integration
  • Payload CMS integration for blog and content management
  • Comprehensive features: Dashboard, Gallery, Client Showcase, Team Management, FAQ, Contact Messages, Subscriptions, Settings, Admin Accounts, RBAC, Pages, Blogs, and Audit Logs
  • Activity logging for all server actions for enhanced security
  • Documentation, setup instructions, and video demonstrations
  • 1-on-1 support calls and access to customer GitHub repository

3. Product Launch and Early Access

PanelFor.dev is scheduled to launch on August 7th, 2025. Early access and special pricing will be available for the first 7 users who make a purchase.

4. Product Purchase and Delivery

Pricing and Payment

  • PanelFor.dev offers a single pricing tier for the complete admin panel boilerplate
  • Special discounts available for the first 7 users at launch (August 7th)
  • Additional addons may be purchased separately (if added in future)
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
  • Prices are subject to change with notice as per the offer validity

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to:

  • Complete source code
  • Setup documentation
  • Video demonstration
  • Installation scripts

5. License and Usage Rights

What You Get

  • Codebase License: You receive a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the PanelFor.dev codebase
  • Multiple Projects: You may use the codebase for unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modification Rights: You may customize, extend, and modify the code for your needs
  • Deployment Rights: You may deploy the application anywhere (Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)

What You Cannot Do

  • Reselling: You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer access to the GitHub repository to others. However, you can use this codebase to build and sell applications to your clients.
  • Sharing: You may not share your GitHub repository access with others. You can deploy applications built with this codebase for your clients.
  • Trademark Infringement: You can optionally use "PanelFor.dev" as your primary branding or mention "Built with PanelFor.dev" in credits if you want to give credit.

6. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products where you receive immediate access to the complete codebase, we do not offer refunds. Please review our demo video and documentation (available soon) before making your purchase decision, or schedule a demo call for a live demo.

Support Limitations

  • Support is provided on a reasonable effort basis
  • We do not guarantee specific response times

8. Technical Requirements

  • Setting up required services (MongoDB, AWS S3)
  • Following security best practices
  • Regular updates and maintenance

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Code Quality and Usage

  • The codebase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We have made reasonable efforts to ensure code quality, security, and functionality
  • You are responsible for testing, validation, and deployment in your environment
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from your modifications or customizations
  • The codebase is designed as a starting point and may require adjustments for your specific needs

Third-Party Dependencies

  • The codebase uses third-party libraries and services (Next.js, MongoDB, AWS S3, etc.)
  • We are not responsible for changes or issues with these third-party services
  • You are responsible for maintaining compatible versions and following their terms of service
